Spend the morning discussing key issues integral to your business in a meeting room set up with our partner, Solent Hotel and Spa, followed by a relaxing afternoon out on the water, a unique and relationship enhancing experience that we guarantee will help you reach your objectives. What’s more, absolutely no sailing experience is required so is perfect for everyone.

Our event managers will work with you to ensure that you get the very best from your day
It is important that your sailing day meets your objectives, so once you make contact with Britannia, one of our event managers will work with you to ensure that the itinerary and format work for you, so you get the very best from your day. Each of our Boardroom to Boat Days include:
- Package for up to 7 or 10 guests per yacht, multiple yachts available
- Exclusive boardroom or conference room hire
- Refreshments
- Charter of modern, stylish Beneteau First 40 or Oceanis 37 yacht/s
- Professional skipper
- Professional first mate
- Car parking
- Loan of waterproof jacket and trousers for each crew member
- Full event management (and racing management for groups of 10+)

- Full coordination of meeting logistics & day’s itinerary

| 12:30 | Introduction to professional crew, and escorted to the yachts. Lunch on on board while skipper gives a full safety briefing. | |
| 13:30 | Afternoon – choose a leisurely sail around Solent waters or take part in a strategy game or enjoy yacht racing between your teams (if more than 10 people). | |
| 16:30 | Return to Port Hamble for prize-giving and debrief. Beers in Banana Wharf, a local Yacht Club or Pub, and then depart at leisure OR stay around for dinner and drinks in Hamble before returning home. |

Our base in Port Hamble Marina is located in the heart of the beautiful riverside village of Hamble, with a selection of boutique shops, restaurants and pubs all within a short walk. Our fleet is berthed directly in front of the onsite restaurant offering the perfect setting to start and end any charter. Once on board the yachts, your guests will receive a safety briefing
