A sailing day is a fun, memorable way to bring your team together outside the office. No experience is needed — sailing naturally levels the playing field and encourages communication, cooperation, and shared success.

Our performance racing yachts are built to be sailed as a team, so everyone plays a part in getting the boat moving. By the end of the day, your crew will be working in sync, sailing confidently, and stepping ashore with a real sense of achievement and exhilaration.

In a business turnaround situation it is vital to get the leadership team working together quickly, this was time well spent and we learnt more about each other in 1 day than the previous 2 months.

Your Day, Your Way

We’ll work closely with you to tailor your sailing day to your objectives, ensuring the format and itinerary deliver the best possible experience.

While the focus is on fun, safety is always our priority. Your day begins with a full boat and safety briefing so everyone feels confident on board.

Once underway, your team will take the helm, trim sails, and handle manoeuvres — full involvement is at the heart of every Britannia team sailing experience.

For smaller groups (up to 10), enjoy the day together on a single yacht — learning the ropes, sailing the Solent, and relaxing with lunch on board or ashore in Cowes, the Isle of Wight’s historic sailing town.

For larger groups (10 or more), we’ll split you across identical yachts for a fun, team-based experience. In the afternoon, add a friendly race to bring out some healthy competition and excitement.

Whichever option you choose, it’s a memorable, shared adventure your team will be talking about long after the sails come down.

	09:30	Safety brief then slip lines for a sail training morning
	12:30	Lunch served on board to maximise sailing time
	14:00	Afternoon – choose a leisurely sail back to Hamble or take part in a strategy game or enjoy yacht racing between your teams!
	16:30	Return to Hamble for prize-giving and debrief
